You can request for hosting when it becomes available. Here are the rules. You don't have to be a good designer but you do have to know what good taste is.

1. no hate sites or porn sites (wtf O_o;;)
2. no mp3s or movie files
3. go nuts on profanity if you wish
4. respect others' property
5. no stealing/ripping content/layouts
6. no direct linking from other servers
7. no asking me for photoshop/layout help
8. blogs/personal/art/fan fics/fan sites preferred
9. no "PrYdE pAyGeS" (this includes aZn, white, black, hispanic, etc.)
10. No TyPiNg LiKe DiS! (you can choose to code like that, but wtf why would anyone go through the trouble of doing this: <PhOnT kUlAh="bLoO">?)
