Kawasumi Mai Demon-slaying schoolgirl Fav Food: Beef Bowl Intro Quote: "Because I am the one who hunts demons" Mai is a senior at Yuuichi's high school (placing her as a year or so older than him) who has a part time occupation of slaying demons in her spare time with a katana. x_X She isn't very popular in school and has few friends, but she gets along with Sayuri very well. She doesn't smile much and seems rather distant, but on the inside she's actually very kind. She also has a thing for beef-bowl. One of the most important things to know about Mai is that she loves and respects animals. So much so that she always has to add a -san to the name of an animal. ^^ She's considered rather creepy by her peers at school, but she's actually a very caring person. That, and she fights invisible demons at the end of each day, everyday..... ......yeah, you heard me. Demons...... ^_~ She has a fairly interesting past, and knows Yuuichi from childhood, although he of course doesn't remember anything. ;p She and Sayuri are best friends, although she's the only one fighting demons, and she has great skill with her sword. I've never understood exactly why she wears those bunny ears, though. ^_^; << Back
