Uzumaki Naruto: According to Kakashi, "the number one loudest ninja" and that fits Naruto to a T. Kakashi is generally supportive to Naruto, but unlike Iruka does, he does by forcing him to do things Naruto wouldn't normally believe he could do.

Kakashi also seems to be happy that Naruto is on his team, as he has a higher chakra potential than Sasuke, and even himself. Kakashi seems excited to see Naruto's potential, but since the personalities clash so mcuh (not as in arguements, but Kakashi isn't used to people like Naruto ^_^) he has lately delegated such things to Jiraiya who is very much like Naruto.

Haruno Sakura: The smartest ninja in all of academy, and Kakashi seems very proud of this as well. He knows she's not as strong as Naruto and Sasuke, but he knows she has what the two will have to work years and years to achieve. Chakra Control.

Kakashi doesn't really encourage her much as he knows she will do whatever he needs her to do no matter what fear she harbors. Of course, if you watch the first season Naruto Opening, everyone jumps out of the way of the big log except Kakashi jumps and grabs Sakura... then jumps out of the way. She has the calm and control her companions lack.

Uchiha Sasuke: The one ninja on Kakashi's team Kakashi can understand. Both were known as the genius rookies, and still are known as genius'. ^_^ Kakashi understands all the pain Sasuke has gone through, but he also knows that since he mangaged to find loved ones, Sasuke can too.

Also, he seems very proud of Sasuke as well. He likes how Sasuke's power reflects on him.
